When wheat is used to produce ethanol, the abundance of xylanase and Beta-glucanase in it will increase the viscosity of steamed and boiled fermentation liquid, which will lead to difficulty of transmission of fermentation liquid, decrease the transfer efficiency in the process of fermentation, prolong ethanol fermentation period, and reduce the utilization efficiency of raw material; meanwhile, it will increase the difficulty of plate and frame filtration in the downstream process. According to our research and long-term practice based on enzymes with high purity and activity as well as adoption of superior fungi strains and deep liquid fermentation on the condition of ventilation, the compound enzymes of wheat-ethanol-fermentation are developed to resolve the problems existed in wheat-based ethanol production.
